Small Groups
God has designed us to live in community with each other, and to have people in our life to help us on this journey. Connecting with others in a Small Group is a practical and enjoyable way to find that kind of life-changing community.
Groups are usually eight to twelve people, meet weekly or every other week, and run in seasons rather than forever — so joining one isn't a life sentence. Most meet in homes. Some meet at a coffee shop. One meets in a garage.

City Steps
We're all an important part of God's plan, and our life will never make sense until we discover our purpose. City Steps is designed to help us take steps in that process.
City Steps Growth Track is our three-step class to help you discover your purpose and live the life God created for you. Within the three steps, you'll identify your gifts, join a Dream Team, and make a difference every Sunday. You don't need to take the steps in order.

The Dream Team
This is God's ultimate plan for our life — to make a difference in the lives of others. Every gift has a place, and most of what makes a Sunday work is volunteers.
Hospitality
Doors, coffee, the Connect table. The first face anybody sees.
CKidz
Check-in, classrooms, small groups for kids. Background check + training.
Worship
Band and vocals. Auditioned, rehearsed, and a real commitment.
Production
Audio, lighting, cameras, stream, slides. Training provided.
Parking & Setup
Lot, signage, room setup and teardown. Early mornings, high impact.
Prayer Team
Praying through every request that comes in, by name, every week.
Serve Day
One Saturday, the whole county. The most visible thing we do.
Lake County launch
Week-one team for Mentor. Every role, plus "I'll just be in the room."

Baptism
Baptism doesn't save you. It's how you say out loud what's already true — that you've decided to follow Jesus.
We do baptisms every fourth Sunday of the month, in front of everybody, and it is consistently the best Sunday of the month. You don't need to prepare a speech. You don't need to have your life sorted out first. Bring a change of clothes; we provide the rest.
